In short: Good hard work out
In full: I was told before this is not a great race for a PB but I delivered. Some testing stretches. Running out into stockley Park was nice.

In short: Busy, happy event
In full: Not the best place to try for a PB. But I did it two days after a previous 10K PB. Lots of bodies in the way but the race was more important than the time.
Great chance to run in one of london's park's.

In short: Great place to start!
In full: The best setting. lovely town and some amazing villages. Local people all out and very supportive. Marshalling and organisation first class. i cannot fault at all (maybe the hill at 8)!
