In short: Brilliant again
In full: So nice not to have to run this year in monsoon conditions, excellent organisation and support, lovely route, made me proud to be a Londoner and although I agree with the one size fits all t shirt scenario, at least this race could produce a proper running top unlike my rubbish XL cheap t shirt I got for the marathon. Will be back next year for sure, what will next year bring weather wise - Snow?!

In short: Will the organisers please sort out the traffic problems
In full: A fabulous race again, but the start delayed for the 2nd yesr running. Obviously the organisers didn't learn from last year. Lovely trails and entertaining all round.

In short: Bad organisation
In full: I really did not want to have to climb up a step ladder after running a half marathon to retrieve my bag from the baggage truck. The marshall on our truck was worse than useless.

There was also a complete mess up with the race numbers/colours, so that caused chaos and as for the live music? Not what I hoped/expected. Also, not sure how I managed to run 13.25 miles?!

Would I do it again? With much better organisation, this could become a really good event, but it needs a whole lot of working on for next year.

Also, thanks for London Transport for messing up as usual!!

In short: Very good overall
In full: Our first Nottingham half and certainly not our last. Being from London, this was our first Midlands race and we were impressed. Car Park B was fantastic, as for the long walk that other runners complained about, it was only 15 minutes people! Surely you all need to stretch your legs after a half marathon?

Very well organised, we will be back in 2009.

In short: Great race in general
In full: Why oh why, do some people insist on going with the faster runners and then walk at 2km??? My friend and I put down an accurate time (in the white A zone) and then within a km started overtaking people from the orange zone walking!!! So annoying and downright rude in my opinion. Apart from that, excellent organisation, great course and lovely weather! We will be back in 2009.

In short: Tough but enjoyable
In full: Very hilly with only a few flat parts, not for the faint hearted! I enjoyed my local race as always, not sure what the lady on the zimmer frame going up on of the hills against the tide of runners thought though!! Will be back next year for sure.

In short: Brilliant race in fantastic surroundings
In full: I couldn't ask for anything better. Amazing scenery, rhinos joining in the race and a PB for me! My first Whipsnade 10k experience and certainly not the last. Entry to the zoo included in the race fee makes the day great value.
