In short: Lots of hills and gorgeous scenary
In full: My first trail half marathon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Have done numerous road half marathons before but wanted something that presented more of a challenge for me and this certainly did. Enjoyed the hills and the gorgeous scenary at the top of Butser Hill. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to try a trail route, will be back next year well done 209 events.

In short: Lack of organisation, medal with no ribbon, not beginner friendly
In full: Despite the HOT Conditions which I personally didnt find a problem after doing the BUPA Capital 10K in Hyde Park last month in similiar temperatures, this was a poorly organised race for £8 you get a medal with no ribbon, no chip timing or finishing timer you have to pay 50p to get your time sent out in the post - very/poor. Course itself was ok, a few tight corners and route wasnt very exciting 3laps of the town centre. Im new to running and I didn't find this beginner friendly at all. If your a first timer to running and want to run in a good beginner friendly race do the BUPA 10K in Hyde Park London in June excellant.
