In short: A challenging but worthwhile race
In full: I echo all the comments made previously, I have got to say that this was a very friendly race and the atmosphere was buzzing and uplifting. The race organisers and marshals did an absolutely brilliant job and can I thank the lady at the second personal drinks stop who kindly got my drink ready and even undid the lid! The supporters there were fantastic with their encouraging words along the course. I did find this course a challenge but I guess that makes the completion even sweeter. Well done Gillingham Trotters and I can't believe I'm going to say this already but I'll be there next year!

In short: Very good pre-marathon dress rehearsal
In full: I really enjoyed this race despite it being 20 miles! Very good organisation and the marshalls were extremely encouraging and supportive. There were sufficient water stations and the whole route was pretty much flat apart from the odd inclines but nothing to worry about. I was very relieved at the massages that were available at the end, a complete godsend! I would recommend this highly to anyone participating in a spring marathon, you'll certainly know what you've let yourself in for when you've done this!

In short: Having just completed my third Egdon Easy I would recommend it to anyone. Great run and great PB potential.
