In full: Well organised,plenty of friendly marshals and nice cakes at community hall made it a rewarding afternoon.

In short: hot work but worth the effort .
In full: The riverbank had a nice bit of give following yesterdays rain and there was good support where space allowed especially at finish.Could the water stations be slightly better spaced ?

In short: great support on course as well at start/finish
In full: Very muggy and deeply grateful there were two water stops.It was rewarding to know that once you had conquered the hill at the start you would be returning down it to the finish in front of enthusiastic support.
