In short: Flat course, well supported and marshelled - High PB potential In full: Well organised start and finish area - really enjoyed the last lap around the track and the stadium support. Course is flat with a few long inclines but nothing to challenge the majority of runners. Support is patchy but those that do turn-out are full of energy and really encouraging. The marshelling is excellent and there are more than enough yellow hi-vis vests along the length of the course to ensure everyone is well looked after and directed. The last mile into the stadium is a little lonely but the final track lap makes it worth the effort. Goody bag isn't bursting with gifts but thankfully it has been put together by people who actually run - that Mar's Bar was very much appreciated and the free t-shirt is dry-fit and so perfect for those future training runs... well done Abindgon Marathon organisers - one of the best races I've experienced.
