In short: always enjoy Run Liverpool events!
In full: Great race as always from Run Liverpool. Loved the training top instead of a goody bag.
Finish area much better organised than last year. Start area was a bit hectic further back. Spectators standing in the way of runners trying to get in the start area, people jumping barriers/pushing people out of the way etc.
I don’t actually think it’s any fault of the organisers, it happens at a lot of races. People need to accept if they are late for a race than they have to go to the back not jump barriers or barge their way to the front. Maybe just a few more marshals further down the start area would help?

Also nice one to the photographer that got a picture of the guy who kicked me and nearly knocked me over on upper parliament street. I hope he felt ashamed of himself when he saw it!!

In short: loved it! can't wait for next year!
In full: Atmosphere was fab! Was great to see spectators all along the route clapping and cheering, marshals and all the volunteers were brilliant, so many made the effort to check your name and give you personal encouragement!

Bupa- love the names on the numbers please continue to do this!!!

Only improvement would be to have the Great Salford Swim on the Saturday, I’d like to go and watch it and know lots of people would like to do both!

In short: another boss run liverpool event!
In full: great race! Well done and thank you to Alan, the run liverpool team and all your fab volunteers!

Thanks you to the Jurys Inn hotel for letting us and a few hundred other runners use your toilets!

only thing that would improve it for me would be a couple of marshelled start pens, "no race number no entry"! I saw spectators trying to get out of the start area at 9.30am, whats that about?!

Cant wait for the marathon in October!!!!

In short: another boss race in sefton park!
In full: i love running in sefton park and always do the races wen they are on. this is my fav cos the park is so beautiful in autumn, and weather is usually perfect for running in.

well in for responding to the feedbak on previous years run liverpool i couldnt fault u at all!

spectators, stewards, goody bag, medal, t-shirt were all fantastic, AND i got a running analysis and free massage at the end! bonus!

2 negatives: my chip time was ovr 2 mins out, and yes i did av it scanned at the end! not bothered i no it happens sometimes so always time myself.

but the 1 that shocked me the most was the other runners, normally no 1 gets away with walkin cos every1 around them is so encouraging and ya make at least 2 new mates on the way round but today every1 was just ignoring each other?!

In short: top race!
In full: sittin on the free train (without the threat of bein chucked off!) i suddenly realised that i had run to new brighton faster then it toke me to get back to moorfields on the train!!

2 complaints (n i am bein picky!)

1. lack of support from some of the race marshells, bout 1k out the tunnel 6 of them were standin avin a laf together not even watchin the race. marshells at liverpool road races are normal amazining in their support, let the side down in an otherwise flawless race.

2. nxt year can we some how run down the prom towards liverpool, i kept seein people tripin up to look behind them at the view, ya know the world heritage site ya saw for bout 20 seconds!

In short: excellant, defo back next year!
In full: lack of water definatly a problem. lack of t-shirt? seriously everyone that thinks this is a problem needs to have a serious chat with themselves about why they enter races! free t-shirt and a goody bag should be a bonus not something to attack the organisers about.

well done to run liverpool for organising a excellant event despite the problems of lack of volunteers and big sponsors.
