In full: Fun,Fun, Fun. Someone had changed the start so there was an initial steep climb this time and a gradual descent (how mean can you get) least said about the mud dips the better. 7 washes in and I'm still not entirely clean. So you all again next year.

In short: Not exceptional but not bad either
In full: Not the most inspiring course in the world, and the least said about the hill at 11 miles the better. But as I broke my pb by 4 minutes I thought it was great. Only problem was the car parking. Took 1 hour to get out. Shame on you arena.
