In short: Cock up, yes - pb potential, yes - back next year, YES!
In full: Roy, things do go wrong, but this has the potential to be good, really good, with PB possibilities. Learn from mistakes - as probably most who have posted so far have from mistakes that they have made at sometime during their lives - myself included. I, for one, WILL be back next year to support a local race.

In short: What more could you want!
In full: Well done West Pinchbeck, you did yourselves proud! A lot of races could indeed learn from this one, a local one near myself, take note.
Excellent atmosphere from start to finish, this is pencilled into my 2008 race calendar already. Once again, thanks to Muke and all the marshalls/helpers!

In full: New PB today but that hill at 9 miles......say no more.

I'm sure the bridge is longer when you run over it a second time ;)

In short: Just gets better!
In full: Apart from the weather this event was as good as if not better than last year. Def be back in 12 months to do it again.
Whats the possibility of chip timing along with a less congested finish? The start this year was much improved.
Well done to all organisers and volunteers!

In short: Fantastic, friendly race - def do it next year!!
In full: What a great race, both runner and spectator friendly in every aspect. Love the quirkiness of the styles - I'll be ready for the starting sprint to get to the first style next year! Well done to all!!!

In short: My last marathon...it's halfs from now on!!
In full: Living local, this was a tremendous boost to the town. Many, many thanks to all who came down for the event.
Did the full marathon but burnt myself out, but at least a pb for a half marathon! Maybe it would help if the marathon set off first and also I'd have liked the medals to say marathon, not road race or am I being picky??!!
RW forum folk...keep posting because it's going to be back next year - hopefully.
Well done to all forumites!
