In short: fantastic race ,brilliant marshals ,support was outstanding and the finish on the race course gives you the lift you need for that all important sprint for the camera !!

In short: good course very hard hills well worth doing as long as you dont want a pb
In full: i thought it was well organised the marshals and atmosphere were great and well organised apart from a glitch with lap counting and times(probably caused by 10k and 1/2 marathon people going through the marathon funnel on the first lap)i know at least 2 runners around my time did an extra lap

In short: very very hot !
In full: the loop made it easier for crowd support .marshals and water stations excelent and coastal path nice addition to this race will be back next year love southend thank you!
