In short: Another excellent start to a year!
In full: Well done to Rob and his team for organising yet another great Knacker Craker. My horse (or maybe donkey?!) and I followed the cast of the Wonderful Wizard of Oz round the course - a great effort by all of them!

In short: As it says on the website - "Trionium events are friendly, enjoyable and informal"
In full: This was another superbly organised and run event by Dr Rob and the Trionium team. If there is a race next year more runners in fancy dress would be good, where was Borat this time?? (ref Knacker Cracker 2008!)

In short: The friendliest, best organised and rewarding race going!
In full: I'd like to thank Dr Rob, marshalls, runners and everyone else involved in this run. This was my second Knacker Cracker and is quite honestly one of the highlights of the year! How on earth is anyone going to out-do Borat's mankini costume next year??

In full: first run after lengthy period off with an injury but still managed to post a respectable time. Great mix of up and downhill sections, definite potential for a PB next year!

In short: Great course for a beginner, very flat and fast, heat was a major issue and a second water station would have been great other than that great event.

In short: great course, the first lap is a bit of problem going up the hill if you get stuck behind slower runners.
