In short: great well organised race
In full: race was very well organised and marshalled, couldnt fault it. the last 3k of the 10k race was flat or slightly downhill and that didnt hurt either

In short: Good fast race route, bit muddy on the day
In full: Did this race for the first time. Route was along canal towpath, flat and fast. On the day there were lots of puddles and it was muddy in places. Due to narrow path could be problems overtaking - though that wasnt a problem for me - went off too quick and worked my way backwards. Defintely worth doing again though, well organised and good value.
