In short: Undulating was an understatement!!
In full: It was a great morning! The weather was superb, the location was top notch, the marshals were brilliant! For me I thought it was quite challenging which is good for me. Maybe i should enter a hilly race to see the difference between the two because i thought this one was quite hilly! i will definitely be back next year!

In short: Less than 24hrs since finishing and I have just registered for next year!!
In full: My first marathon, and it was fabulous! Everything worked like clockwork, I thought I would be waiting for ages in the baggage collection area but it only took a couple of minutes!
It was a damn hot day, I don't think anyone of us were expecting it! I was shocked to see people pushing themselves in the heat and not easing up a bit. I saw too many people collapsing!
The crowd was phenomenal, Once I passed the 20mile mark I couldn't stomach anything but there was this fabulous lady on the sideline with tuna mayo and ham salad sandwiches for us all!
I hurt this morning but I have registered for next year! It was definitely worth all the aches and pains!
well done to all the organizers and marshals!

In short: Not worth traveling for!
In full: This was suppose to be a training aid for the london marathon i am doing next month. It said a flat and fast course to i jumped at it! I wouldn't call that course flat! The wind was a bitch but that wasn't anyones fault! I was quite surprised to see people already walking before the 2 mile marker! At the second water stop i was needed lucozade but only found water! If i had known this I would have bought my own!
I found this race disappointing and i won't be back next year, i would expect a tad more from nike!

In short: I was a bit hesitant as this was my first 1/2! Well organized, respect to the marshals in cold weather!
In full: Thanks to the marshals who did a great job and stayed cheerful throughout the cold bitter weather!
The course was enjoyable with a few hills thrown in for good measure!
See you next year!
