In short: A very enjoyable friendly race
In full: Really enjoyed the race - the course is mildly undulating but quick, and the out and back route means that you know whats coming on the way back! The route was traffic free and quite sceneic around the country lanes. Everyone involved were really friendly and i'll be there again next year!

In short: Well organised with picturesque surroundings
In full: Really enjoyed the race, and got a PB. The marshalls were great and placed all around the course. Plenty of water stations. The course was undulating with no monster hills. Great atmosphere to the whole event.

In short: Frustrating. But potential to be a good race
In full: I ran in the morning race and agree with all the other comments regarding the organisation. The lack of km markers was really frustrating and could have been fixed after the morning events. The course WAS long despite the organisers arguing to the contrary. Their argument was that the course was measured accurately on mapmyrun & google earth. They were right, but that wasn't the course set out on Sunday! The course error is blatently realted to not setting out the markers! And can you claim a course to be 100% accurate when you use google earth anyway? £15 was way too expensive; no medal and the 'goody' bag had a magazine and a can of redbull in it. But, it was for a good cause and the scenery was pleasant

In short: Friendly and well organised with a nice couple of hills thrown in!
In full: I really enjoyed entering this event. The organisation was excellent and there was a friendly atmosphere around the race. It was traffic free course with a couple of hills to test you but there were lots friendly locals shouting encouragement to make up for them!

In short: Flat & friendly
In full: Well organised and really friendly atmosphere. I found three laps a bit of psychological struggle as the scenery was non-existent - but thats the compromise in having a very flat course with good PB potential.
