In short: Great views & hideous climbs
In full: I now fear 'The Big W' and the course is very tough. However the marshalls along the whole course were very friendly and encouraging. The views were also great.

In short: It was Smashing!
In full: Fab event and I really enjoyed it! Chip timing, weather and improved route made it better than last year. I thought that the interact screen timings was very impressive (not seen this at any other event). I even managed to beat last years times, even though I was dressed as Mr. Potato Head!

In short: Very fast and flat course next to the sea :)
In full: This event was great and even had a mascot Hedgehog, the Mayor of Littlehampton and Miss Littlehampton to start the race and give out medals at the end. This combined with the music and lots of marshalls and supports cheering everyone along the sea side course made a great atmosphere.

The course started on the seafront and headed to the mouth of the river Arun before snaking through residential areas and around a small pleasant recreational lake, before going back along the seafront. This was good because it meant that the course was interesting and ensured that you didnt get bored along the way.

I also thought that it was very good value for money, as there was an excellent goody bag (containing a drink and flap jack), free hot choc. and plenty of free parking and public toilet facilities (much better than smelly porta loos!!).

So I can't wait to do this one agian next year! :)

In short: Running along side other super heroes - fantastic!!
In full: Excellent race... everyone must do this at least once before they die!!

Only slight critism's was that there was no medals (t-shirt was good though)and no PA system to organise runners at start of race.

In short: The Castle and Millennium Stadium part of the course was brill!!!
In full: There were far too many people starting. It took me 4.5 mins to reach the start line and I found it very frustrating running through the docks where the paths were far too congested and the majority of the runners were running too slow for me and overtaking was difficult as it meant leaving the path and avoiding many obstaticals. I felt that if there was runningtime pens at the start and the route did not include the barage area, which was industrial and depressing, the course would have been perfect and it would have probably increased my potential for a PB. Running through Cardiff Castle and around the Stadium though certainly made up for it and made it a great experience.
