In short: Excellent race.. With hills!
In full: Well organised, also would have preferred less running adjacent to A24 and would have liked to have has my I-pod as there was only 200m on a road so not sure of the reasons for banning them-a first in a race for me!
Tough enough and a lovely sunny day. Nice T-shirt, beer and chocolate at the end.

In full: Poor organisation compared to other races.. where were the advertised toilets and showers at the end? I was boiling at the end and given that the organisers were saying over the PA the runners had been collapsing thought the refusal of more than 1 bottle of water was criminal! No food at end and snack van had no change!

In short: Brilliant day out at the coast!
In full: Excellent race with slick organisation and nice T-shirt and goody bag. Sunny weather made the race all the more enjoyable..not sure what it'd be like in a rain storm!!
