In short: Ouch!
In full: An excellent race as all Rob's races are. The weather made for a scenic "plod" (in my case). There were more marshals this year which made a huge difference, especially encouraging for those of us at the rear............will put my name down for next year.........!

In short: A disappointing run
In full: Wimbledon Common is so beautiful and car free why does this race go all round the houses? I had read it was a road race but wanted to see for myself. I was horrified to hear marshals asking runners to wait for cars, I was disappointed that there were no marshals along the high street to ask pedestrians to be a little more patient, or perhaps even cheer us along. With so many other 10k's in and around London I will give this a miss next time. I would however like to thank the two nurses who stopped and made sure I was ok after I smacked my head on the tarmac. My advice, close the roads or run round the Common.

In short: Hilly! But what goes up must come down too!
In full: Thought the marshals were terrific, very friendly, always nice on a race with few spectators. Thank you too for not being too hot or raining :-)

In short: Hilly!
In full: Good and challenging, Hilly at the start, then this endless incline. Was tempted to run into the sea before the finish as it was such a lovely day.

In short: Good early morning run
In full: As a slower runner being lapped so often was not good for the head, but I would do it again as it's close to home and over quickly :-)
