In short: Glorious Scenery a fair few hills but what a race.
In full: Cracking race and if you like up hills could well be a PB course.

Low training due to injury earlier in the year and white peaks marathon the day before made the latter half a bit of a struggle but i still enjoyed it and will be back again.

In short: A nice 10k, ideal for beginners and slower people.
In full: My first ever 10K and it wasn't bad. A bit of a climb back in to the town centre for the finish. Nice atmosphere and the is the possibilty of using the fun run as a warm up and the 5k as a cool down.

In short: Glorious Scenery a few hills but what a race.
In full: This race is local to where i used to live so i knew where and how big al the hills where or so i thought. Some of them seemed longer than i recall and the climb back into Coronation park was a killer at the end.

Getting a bottle of beer at the end was a first for me but i foolishly forgot to pick it up so its sat down at my parents still.

In short: Hot and challenging
In full: As Mike said below more considerate drivers would be good. I got to the top of the big hill and found a wee trafic jam due to idiots trying to drive past each other when it was blatantly far to narrow.

Managed a decent time even though it was a little outside of my target (2:19 instead of 2:15) a third drinks spot would of been handy due to the sunny weather.

In short: great for running amongst lots of other runners in preparation for london
In full: Managed to knock off 8 minutes on my previous half marathon PB which i can only attribute to the large number of runners meaning i wasn't at the back end of a pack of mostly quicker club runners for a change.

Weather was erm interesting i suppose, the hail, rain and snow showers where not a problem as i've been out in much worse rain wise before but the gusting wind was a killer. if not for the wind i might of managed inside 2 hours instead of the 2:05 i clocked.

A bit of a way to go for me as its a 5 hour drive to get down from the England/scotland border and then another 5 hour drive to get home again. If i do it in future i'll be looking to rope someone into driving at the very least back home.

If only more races had music playing throughout and if only there was less wind so i could hear it better.

In short: Wonderful day out wil be back next year.
In full: Reasonably local to me and a nice and chalenging course with some real nasty little hills. I tihnk i learnt to stick with plain water at this race as i had orange at the first drinks station and picked up a stomace ache a mile or so later. Meant my target time was not met but i still managed to get round.

In short: A nice little race and a enjoyable day out.
In full: I come from Devon but live up on the Scottish border now but i imagine i'll be travelling back down next year, hopefully for a new course PB for my self.

Managed to knock off over 4 minutes of my previous best for a 10 mile race despite having a bad cold.

I did forget however how many hills Plymouth actual has.

Only bad thing was Union street#s drabness compared with the rest of Plymouth.
