In full: You turn up, the car parking is opposite the start, have a w** with no problem, collect your timing chip, run around a well sign posted course, nice scenery, collect you medal and go home, perfect. A hassle free half marathon for 10 quid, result!!

In full: Just to review the basics, parking 20m from the start, lots of loos and a start on time.
As for the run, lots of water, fruit, cakes and sweets at a couple of water stations.
As for getting lost, the organisers provided very detailed instructions and a map, so if you must run like a loony rather than enjoying the lovely views, you simply could have read the information supplied.

In short: What a great race organised by people who actually looked like they were enjoying themselves. My kids thought the Childrens races were great as well. I'm back next year!

In short: Easy parking, slick registration, nice cup of tea in the club house, challenging first 5m followed by pb inducing 5m down hill towards the the finish, and a nice medal. If your looking for a good 10m, look no further!

In short: Heroes
In full: Just a thought to night, passed a guy at 12.5 miles collasped being given CPR, after the emergency services arrived and the air ambulance I spoke to the St Johns lady to see if he was alright. She said that the runners on the scene and been spot on with their first aid.
If your looking for the best performances this weekend, look know further to these guys!
