In short: An excellent varied course good scenery and support.. Local families out on the country lanes and seawall to cheer you on. Very well organied for a local race.

In short: Great race was expecting hideous hills and encountered lovely parks instead, loads of support round all the way round
In full: Was on for great pb but nasty hill after mile 12 ate a precious minute away, still managed a pb but didn't appreciate the last nasty hill right at the end!!
Great run though, such a fantastic atmosphere and the crowds really kept you going - there were people the whole way round cheering. Fab, really enjoyed it.
