In short: Well organised, well marshalled, good drinks
In full: Well organised race. I like the finishing mug as it is way better than an oversized T-shirt!

A good run that I will be doing again in March next year

In short: Good race but too many entries allowed
In full: Too many entrants caused the bunching on the tow path and pavements. The positive side of this is it accurately simulates the too many people allowed to run the London Marathon so helps you get used to overtaking and returning to pace speed. It would be better if start was according to finish time rather than gender.

In short: Expensive and no goody bag but very good support on the course.
In full: Very costly entry, poorly managed water stations - one cup passed to me was empty! and no goody bag at the end. However very good training with 9 miles of hills and very good crowd support.

In short: Well organised run as usual!
In full: Slow by Hampton Court on 1st lap of 16 miler as course was more crowded with slower 8 milers. This was hampered by bushes overhanging the path but otherwise a good run - see you in March

In short: Pacers should run precisely to pace.
In full: My usual quibble is that the pacers are always too fast for pace. Grateful though, cos without having entered the run wouldn't have done 2 circuits in the rain.

In short: No Mile markers at all and felt like it was over distance and unhelpful marshalls
In full: With no mile markers, no point in having a race over the distance as impossible to check your pace, especially with hills. Marshalls unhelpful

In short: Very good but too many people to run a PB
In full: Poor marshalling in some areas where spectators were on and over the blue line. Some very inconsiderate spectators crossed course in front of runners

In short: Very well organised but need more water!
In full: Again not enough water stations. Otherwise a lovely course very well marshalled. Thanks very much for lovely ladies glass at finish. Well done and thank you to the organisers.

In short: Very well organised and marshalled
In full: Not a reflection on the race at all, but some motorists were less than considerate, with one car driving a few millimetres away from me, which made me drop my water bottle.
