In short: Excellent flat ten miler
In full: Great marshalling on a flat 10 miler (or 10.1 miler?). Look forward to next year.

In short: A good race
In full: A good race - friendly marshalling and fellow runners. Nice medal, but poor quality T-shirt and goody bag.

In short: a good outing - worth doing
In full: Great that Leeds saw sense and ran the race - I hope they continue to do so. It's a local race for me.

Generally well organised - good marshalling. A bit of struggle down the muddy path at the side of the ring-road. T-shirts ridiculously outsized!

In short: Worth doing
In full: A good enough race worth doing. The only downside was almost being run over by a marshall's motorbike near the start, then having to slow down to allow wheelchair athletes to cut across. An interesting urban course, mostly flat or gently rolling. I never realised that there were so many lovely buildings in Wakefield. Good marshalls!

In short: A great event
In full: A great route - undulating through the countryside. One or two steeper undulations - but nothing overtly unpleasant. A lot more interesting than something pancake flat, and didn't seem especially slower. Great marshalling, full of support and encouragement. Great waterstops, with the added bonus of some lucozade half way round. The car park was a little muddy, but apart from that, I'll be back next year.

In short: A great race.
In full: Fast flat route, mostly along very quiet country lanes. Great marshalling. It's as flat as a pancake (at least, one of my pancakes, which have very small lumpy bits in them...). Did I say the marshalling was great?

In short: A great race out for all
In full: Great course, fast and flat on mostly very quiet country roads, good PB potential. Cup of water at 5 miles, couple of short inclines towards the end. Well organsed, great marshalling. And a mug in stead of another t-shirt. Cracking stuff - highly recommended.

In short: up, down, up, down, up, down...
In full: A really good race. More undulating than hilly, although there are a couple of short, sharp hills (which almost finmished me off). mostly on roads with pavements. Excellent marshalling, comprehensive and friendly. A two lap affair, so on the second lap you always know that 'the steep bit' is still to come...
