In short: So tough, but still a glorious experience
In full: Hills hills hills and so tough on he ups and the downs, but such a beautiful course and great organisation and goodie bag, including a tech shirt, which was ace. Lovely atmosphere at the finish and definitely recommend this to seasoned marathoneers

In short: Hot day and 4 laps quite challenging
In full: Pluses - excellent marshals and goodie bags. Organisation generally very good. Course was varied if a bit dull.
Minuses: course was dull if varied.
Could have done with a couple more toilets at the start.
Numpties running two abreast on the road, forcing people to run right out to overtake them.

In short: Beautiful day and nice course
In full: Lovely day for this race and a nice course through the countryside. A pb for me by 6 1/2 minutes. Some undulations but not huge ones and a nice atmosphere at start and finish.

Only downside was the toilets near the start which were horrific - please try and sort these next year or just use portaloos!
