In short: Hard yards but definitley worth it becuase of the lovelly scenery.
In full: Well done to Chepstow Harries, good atmosphere, lots of support round the course from the marshalls and when your hurting it helps :-) wanted to do this one last year but was injured. Should have done a bit more training before havin a go at this, hadn't ran more than 7 miles this year due to being ill so this was always gonna be a callenge. Defnitly gonna do it next year and i'll be ready for them hills too !!!! If your slightly tempted to do this then get involved, you wont regret it.

In short: Brilliant race, lovelly scenery, very well organised, this was the 1st forest of dean half I've done and I'll definatly be doing it next year. A big thank you to all involved with organising this event . . WELL DONE :-)
