In short: Excellent organised event highly recommended
In full: It is a lapped course but how many times can you see your supporters throughout a point to point marathon.
The course has a few undulations but is mainly downhill overall I would suggest and none of the hills are anything to worry about for myself the hills makes the course more entertaining then just a simple flat course.
The facilities are top notch, £1 for parking an onsite café, showers, wifi, things for the kids to do whilst you run around - everybody is catered for.
TZruns who organises the event in my opinion has taken care of everything a run requires being an experienced marathon runner himself.
I would highly recommend the course to anybody looking for a pb whether a new runner or an experienced marathoner this is a very cheap to enter, highly organised event that certainly would put to shame some other races.

In short: Great race that was definately a challange running through the clay and mud, but excellent organisation by Dave and Mel Ross, highly recommend to anybody that like off road running
