In short: A special race.
In full: Had one too many beers the night before in Barmouth so took it nice and easy and had a great run with some very friendly people.Did all make for a cracking weekend away.See you next year.

In full: This is just the best race i have done, its just so friendly, nice course, and a great finish. Great hospitaliy by the organisers with some nice little touches all made for a good day out. Was a bit warm but nice to put my feet in the sea after to cool them off :-)

In full: Tough start to a short race but pushed on and got a pb by 30 sec's dont know how that happened but on the garmin it was bang on the 5 miles.

In full: A very well organised but very tough half marathon. So glad i did this one again rather than a flat 20 on the canal on my own. Well done all involved was a great run once again.See you next year.

In full: This is a great event with a small field due to the amount of advertisement it gets but its a must. Nice off road route round the lakes on trails and its mostly flat so quite poss of a pb. well done all involved another good event.

In short: Even got a pb but the last one was from Race the Train.
In full: Some great views the one after the halfway turn of the snow caped hills beautiful.Strong winds and a few hills to slow you down a bit but no wonder the race sells out every year. Just great for a weekend away.

In short: Great pb course
In full: Very nice race for marathon training with loads of water stations and great marshals fast and flat a must for any pb hunter.Enjoyed.

In short: Great Race
In full: Second time round for me you would have thought once would put you of for life but came back again this year from the Birmingham area because this is such a good race. Fantastic marshals,feed stations it realy is a must for pre marathon training big thank you to Portsmouth Joggers.
