In short: a fantastic day of my life
In full: Despite the rain soaked fields and muddy trails this race was awonderful experience. The organisational crew were immense and I even got a lift back to my b+b.
The stew went down a storm . All the volunteers were on hand to help with anything. A race ii recommend to all.

In short: a race i will never forget!!
In full: what a fantastic race. Organisation was superb and race measured exactly 16 miles to the garmin. A very testing route but great camaraderie with the fellow runners. Free hot drink and sarnies at the finish. Couldn't have asked for more. Well done Merthyr Tydfil!
