In short: chaos at start with people collecting race chips. If you've paid your money you deserve a chip so come race day you can concentrate on the run ahead and not queing in 3 c for 30 mins followed by a 30 min wait for toilets. Date of review: December 13, 2009

In full: Marshall did a good job at directing but no encouragement. If you pay for you race entry they should send you your timing chip with race No rather than make you que to collect it. On race day you don't want to spend your morning doing that. Date of review: May 10, 2009
