In short: Sun, nice medal and a PB!
In full: Excellent organisation this yr, liked the new finish. Useful goody bag (mars bar and lucozade) rather than useless tat and advertising. Marshalls excellent as always at the rd crossings and a few friendly locals out to give a wave and encouragement on a sunny Sunday morning.

In short: Fantastic goodies at the end. Nice to be given something I will actually use.
In full: Absolutely killer hills, but great fun throwing myself down them after the slog up.
Friendly atmosphere, pretty views - didn't see any lions though! (apart from on the medal)

In short: Perfect day, perfect race - loved it!
In full: I have the distinct advantage of living on the doorstep of this race so know the course (and all those hills!) like the back of my hand.
I thought the marshalls did a superb job given the traffic and the non existant manners of a few local drivers.
I will be back next year.

In short: Well done Edmonton!
In full: Close to home, superb athletics facility with real loos! Shame about the smells from the sewage plant wafting over, but that should toughen up any Olympic hopefuls training there :) Friendly people, nice medal, well organised, I'll be back.
