In short: Great race
In full: Friendly marshalls, hard work at the hill just past mile 12. Didn't see anyone running it as so steep especially when the legs are extremely tired. Great medal and one of the best goody bags i've ever had. New PB by 6 mins so delighted and will definately be back next year.

In short: Great race shame about lack of toilets
In full: Had a great day even in the sweltering heat. Support from crowds and marshalls excellent, loads of water stations. I always forget about the incline off the bridge at about mile 4. Only downside was four toilets for ladies at the start. I queued for 36 mins and only had 4 mins to spare before the start. I did this race two years ago and there were about 15 toilets then so not sure why so few today.

In short: Brilliant race and for a great cause
In full: Marshalls, supportors and atmosphere fantastic. Personal worst by 8 mins I'm blaming the weather especially third lap round. Almost last but I think the very last person was cheered home as loudly as the first. Great stuff and hope its on again next year.

In short: Great Marshalls all way round
In full: Organisation was really good and all the marshalls and people manning drinks stations were very friendly and supportive. I almost didn't get out of the car to do this race as i was so nervous. The only moan is that from mile 2 to 5 I had the sweep bus right on my heels and I almost gave up and got on it! I was on target for me at a very slow 11 mins mile, but at moment that is my pace. I was ok when I manged to shake it off and pass a couple of runners and then mentally I improved as well and enjoyed rest of course.

In short: More water needed at stations
In full: Being one of the back markers I found it really difficult to have to stop and queue for water at a couple of the stations - then only for a quarter cup full! To then try and get running again was hard for me.
Good support on Eccleshall Road and in parts of the centre.
Great starting and finishing in the stadium - I didn't find toilets a problem as used the ones otherside of the track and there were no queues.
Would definately have preferred a medal to the goody bag with no goodies in it.
Thanks to all the marshalls and people manning the water stations.
