In short: Excellent VFM and well organised
In full: A lovely sunny day, second loop of the 6 miles seems so much harder the second time around ;-) Marshalls excellent, love the jelly babies. Briliant prep for a marathon, although some mad folks were doing it for fun....

In short: Beautiful run in the Surrey hills.
In full: I don't normally do off road events as I find my ankles and knee's struggle but this wasn't too bad. The scenery was gorgeous, the hills were hard enough but not terrible. I really enjoyed the run, would like markers next time as I really need to push myself and love doing calculations whilst I am running (takes the pain away!!). Really hope the chap who collapsed in front of me is ok, and has a quick recovery.

In short: Well organised but too many runners!
In full: The event is well marshalled, with plenty of water/lucozade stops.
The lack of toilets is hideous, the parking was a nightmare-thank goodness we know Kingston and snuck off to another car park.
The amount of runners doing this race is huge, it has become a big event. That is fine for the money they are making but it is incredibly dangerous for runners. There are large sections of the course that are wide enough for only two, meaning a lot of dodging the traffic.
I do think it is a good race for FLM, but it is getting too big.

In short: Well organised and pleasant course
In full: Is very hard to fault this race, the marshalls were excellent. Lots of water stations too.
Finally managed to force myself to do the 21m, and glad I did! Thanks for the jelly babies too.

In short: OMG , my legs ache now!
In full: Goes to show I wasn't quite ready for 20 miles. The race and weather were great, and the organisation was fantastic.

In short: Fantastically organised race in hard conditions!
In full: I don't know why I did this run on such a horrible day, I'm not in training for anything!! It was a really good run with friendly marshalls and plenty of drink stations. Thanks so much for the jelly babies!!!

In short: Great fast race, shame about the chip timing
In full: Beautiful weather, great marshalls. Not enough water, and what is the point of the chip timing? It took nearly 4 mins to get through the start line, it only encourages people who aren't fast enough to go forward more. I started in the right place and feel I got penalised for it. Apart from that it was a really nice day and loved the support. Thanks

In short: Great run, not as bad as I thought!
In full: Weather was ok, hill wasn't too bad. Only gripe was the mile markers, a long way out. Really nice run, well marshalled in a beautiful setting!
