In short: Slip slide through amazing countryside
In full: Amazing run, hard but great fun if you like the countryside and don't mind getting caked in mud, great marshal support, the hilliest hills you'll find and plenty of views to take your breath away if the running doesn't!

In short: What an atmosphere
In full: The race was well organised and all helpers were engaging and friendly. Challenging course, but the hills were in the best part of the race. Nice t-shirt and medal, along with plenty of water and nutrition. What made the race was the people on route, great cheering, lots of sweets and the kids high fives made this one of my favourite feel good races. Well done to all involved, will be back just to see the crowds.

In short: Cracking Day
In full: Great organisation, fantastic support from the marshalls and helpers (Really encouraged people to keep going and what a great job already achieved), as well as knocking 10 mins off my PB a great race. Only issue was the silly council parking machines that didn't work!

In short: Maybe an escaped tiger would help me up the hills!
In full: I love this race, very challenging course up some very very long hills! But scenery great, organisation fabulous and getting to stay at the zoo for the rest of the day amazing!

In short: Who invited the Sunshine!
In full: Great race, the sun was a bit of a surprise! Organisation was poor, first water station I had to wait to get a drink and location of stand to get t-shirt badly thoughtout! Fantastic scenery though and a nice run, even the hills!

In short: Poor Start, great finish
In full: The race has got too big too quickly, the start was ridiculous as too many runners were hearded up a waterlogged country land and the first 2km's consisted of stopping & starting. End of the race improved as the 5km runners finished and the 10km runners spread out.

In short: Good run to start the new year
In full: The course is very good, ideal as all off road, so no need to worry about cars, just the odd flying golf ball. The end of the race had a very challenging climb, but the rest of the competitors had remained to give all racers a cheer on completion!
