In short: deffinitely 'undulating'.
In full: A very good race. The hills were small, but never ending so a real thigh-buster. The off road section was a nice touch. The marshals were great and the water stations well timed. The goody bag was welcome and the t-shirt was fab; really nice to have a long sleeve one.
Not enough loos, but there is never enough.
I love the fact that the last person in gets as big a cheer as the first person to finish.

In short: Great atmosphere
In full: This was a really good race. The turn out was good and everyone look brilliant in the santa suits that were provided as part of the entry fee. The organisation could not be faulted and all the marshals were smiling and friendly. The mince pie and cuppa at the end was welcome with the chilli weather. I will definitely do this again.

In short: Who said Lincolnshire was flat!!?!
In full: First time at this race this year. Thought the route was a bit boring, too many straight lines, but the marshals and organisation was fab and the route was challenging, expecially with the off road bit. Very good.

In short: Fantastic, best GSR ever.
In full: Parked at Gunwarf as the trains weren't running (d'uh!) No problems with traffic. Weather fab. Plenty of water. Loved the shower. Not the fastest, but definitely the best GSR i've ever done.

In short: Had to run through a housing estate; the marshalls did nothing about kids rugby tackling runners. Appaling.

In short: Great race, great goody bag, by far the best medal (even better than the FLM one).
