In short: A fantastic mix of trails, with some jaw dropping views
In full: This run is a must for any keen trail runner, that wants to see the best the south downs has to offer.

Marshals are superb, water/feed stations absolutely first class.

However, ignore all distance markers! This year's route was a smidge short of 21 miles, and the distance markers are nearly all misplaced, some by nearly a mile!

In short: This race seems to be better each year. More runners than ever in fancy dress, and some wonderful "motivational" signage from the organisers this year. For the bargain hunters, a long sleeve technical shirt for all finishers!

In short: The "toughest 10k in Britain" it may be, but also one of the most relaxed, and certainly friendliest. How many 10k's are won by a man wearing a dress?
