In short: Excellent Organisation and great location In full: Terrific race, markers at every Km. Not sure if the guy at the first waterstation was a marshall nor not, as he was also handing out sweets, during a 9k race or maybe he was lost! Ace course , see you next year. In short: Best Event of 08 - Respect In full: I've been running for over 28 years and this is the best event i've ever taken part in.Well done to all involved especially the marshalls both young and old; amazing to see the contributions in below freezing conditions from volunters. In short: Glad i picked this half instead of Bath !! In full: Did the best they could with a cicular start. Country sections excellent and great support from marshall both around the course and in town. A number of mile markers not visable. Overall Well Done Team Fleet nearly as good as Reading. In short: Best Event of 08 - Well Done to Chris Sumner and team In full: I got the start early in the pink pen , no issues at start. Great support all the way around and an Ace finish in the stadium with a wall of sound greeting me. Smashed PB by just over 1 min. 4 familes and 8 runners took part and all will be back next year.
