In short: A good sunny sunday morning run with a mix of runners, shame about the cars on first 3 miles overtaking , could be dangerous!.A very well organised event by 2.09 as usual

In short: high light of the running calender every year
In full: Glad i did it on saturday as weather was fine. I rate this better fun and a challenge than the hell down south (hellrunner) which I did last month. Looking forward to next year already, medal would be nice next time!

In short: A great race!
In full: My first half and loved it, will be there next year as a warm up to London hopefully. Brilliant support from crowds nice scenery around Dogmersfield.

In short: The best 10k in the south. Fantastic scenery, well organised and marshalled. Totally gutted we have to wait until 2008 until next series, These are 3 races are a real test but very satisfying.

In short: The race photographer captured the pain perfectly! I was warned this was a test, makes the GRIM like a picnic! Same again in Feb and March please!
