In short: A great race
In full: Everything about this race is great- the course, the marshalls, the toilets, the mug, the t-shirt, the fellow runners (I got a stitch and 3 people slowed to ask if I was OK!) This is one I really look forward to.

In short: Had a great time
In full: Loved the atmosphere, the water twice, the firemen, the end (as usual). Will do this every year. Well done Liverpool, a positive race.

In short: really enjoyable race
In full: This was a great race, even for me. Got a PB (only 1:02:06) but still a PB. Marshalls were so supportive and helpful and actually looked like they were enjoying standing out in the rain!
would love to do this again next year- goody bag was really good too. Telling everyone I won a cup!

In short: couldn't spoil the thrill of taking part.
In full: oh my God! Those toilets! Never enough I know but that was a joke. Fabulous atmosphere, missed the start waiting in the queue for loos but happy to be there. Missed most of the markers too, but turns out to be a nice surprise when you're looking for the 3 mile marker and find the 5 mile one!
race stewerds were fab too. One woman was disappointed, in tears, to still be walking back after three hours and an official stopped to offer moral support. Little things mean a lot.
thanks to the people of Barkhill road and Aigburth Road who provided much welcome drinks to those of us who never got one at 9 miles. Disappointing goodie bag, wonderful medal, incredible day and occasion and I don't think I'll stop smiling for weeks.

In short: Could have been better organised, couldn't see the start or finish. Too many people walking...thats fine but maybe they could be asked to stay to one side. gorgeous views of the river. I love Liverpool
