In short: Flat/Undulating? Not. More like Hilly. But a great challenging run with great marshalls
In full: New HQ this year - loads of free parking. Bit of a shame about there only being about 5 portaloos though? but dont we love to queue in the UK? they delayed the race 5 minutes so everyone could finish their final prep! Its not very undulating, more like hilly, but then I knew this as I did the half in 2007. PBs are possible! in 2007 I did it in 2h20. 2012 in 1h53. Pleased with that never had a 27 minute pb on a course before! As ever great marshalls shouting encouragement and pointing runners in the right direction. With large foam hands. Nice goody bag with medal and a coupon for 20% off at sweatshop. Worth the race fee just for that. Thanks TRAC.

In short: I know its 20 miles. But TRAC run it like clockwork. Excellent.
In full: Parking is fine. Lovely marshals at every turn with proper bottles of water and the occasional jelly baby :) a couple of deadly hills! but they are a challenge for us all training for the spring mara I cant complain. Only grip as usual not enough portaloos! oh well. another top race TRAC well done. Especially the local scouts ;)

In short: Parking Parking Parking! but a nice enough run to get out those January cobwebs.
In full: First time I've done this race - Luckily someone told me to go early because the parking was always a nightmare. They were not wrong. Think I got the last space and there were hundreds of cars behind! short queue for number and chip no probs, was crowded and not enough portaloos - but isn't the portaloo problem everywhere?

Nice route including a couple of nice but challenging hills to wake you up. Nice down hill sprint to the finish.

Have to say I agree with other runners I thought I'd finished and pulled up but there was still 50 yards to go! The finish wasnt obvious. I was relatively fast (PB :)) but I didnt see any water at the finish luckily I took my own.

Chip times when straight onto the website quickest results Ive seen!

Not the best but not bad.
