Flat and fast course, plenty of water, sponges and marshalls....

In short: Great improvements from previous years....tough course but a lovely morning
In full: This race is a well established good old fashioned road race.....I really enjoy Roding Valley, yes there is traffic but the organisation is fantastic...constant emails...quick results...good prizes....See you next year.

In short: I love this race...wind ,hills, Bacon Rolls....what more do you need?
In full: Thank you to all the marshalls, it must have been chilly in some places...right from the car park to the finish line they did a great job .....See you next year.

In short: Wonderful event, great atmosphere...Well organised
In full: This is a great event, a lovely 400 metre swim and an off road 5k. Well done to Havering 90 for putting this on...it was well marshalled and so well organised...a really enjoyable morning. The P A system was a nice touch ...see you next year.

In short: This is a tough but wonderful run...a real runners run
In full: A great run, hard climbs, very steep downs and slippy (i fell over )...but a real challenge. It makes you glad that you are a runner...thank you and see you next year.

In short: Brilliant
In full: The lady marshal at the finish was amazing "thank you". Great depth of prizes...it is so good to see the over 70's awarded prizes...it really is harder as you get older. Great rugby shirt...see you next year.
