In short: Stunning but very hurt locker.
In full: Top draw event and thanks to St Austell running club and to Eden staff for a great day.I took the Mrs and kids down for the weekend and they have come back with beaming smiles. A hard course but well worth it - I'm in for next year.

In short: Great Event
In full: Having run the full marathon twice before i decided to whip up some interest in my local club for the relay. I managed to get 3 mens teams and a ladies team and they were not disapointed. The event may come in for some flak on first change/check point but apart from that this event was A 1. I did say 4 years ago that this event would become huge and look at it now. Well done to the marshals at first check point (for keeping your cool).

In short: OOOPS!
In full: My third year on the trot and it wasn't to be this year as i came a croper at 12 miles with a popped groin.Still walking around like uncle festa/john wayne. This won't stop me from entering next year as the organisation and atmosphere were second to non.Having been casivaced back to the finish i saw the all the hard work that everyone was doing before any runners finished. This is my fav run because it takes you to the edge - It broke my body this year but strength and honour.

In short: Enjoy!
In full: I would recomend this race to any standard of runner with quick roads through chocy box villages. Two short hills but they should not prevent fast times. On the ball marshals and drink stations- Hey i even got my first ever spot prize. Great race and thanks everyone involved.

In short: Where's the finish?
In full: A driving easterly in February with a scarey wind chill did not dampen the hardy few. The finish was freaky as i was told i had finished but i could not see any signs as my head was down because of threat of being shot blasted by driving sand. Top course and i made new friends.
