In short: A good debut In full: Overall a good first race. Brilliant concept and one which I think will grow over the coming years. The organisers will learn from this race and hopefully every year it will get better just like the London Marathon. Look how London has grown, and this could be the exact same. Cant wait to run it next year, if it is still around. Date of review: March 15, 2010

In short: A great start to the year In full: What a way to start 2010. A tough course especially the first 5 miles and the hill at the end, blessed with good weather and well organised. This was my first Ferriby 10 and will be on my running calendar in 2011. Date of review: February 2, 2010

Dont change to a borin flat course, plenty of them about. Well orgainised and well done to Binney for keepin everyone in check at the start. Will be back next year. Date of review: November 18, 2008

In short: An enjoyable 10 miler In full: I have run this race before, but cannot remember the hills. It is a good challenge of a course, if you want a flat race this is not for you. Set in really nice countryside, might need to look at the last part of the race around the cricket ground. Good T-shirt well worth entering. Date of review: August 11, 2008

In short: Good Race In full: Ran this race for the first time in 8 years, an excellent race to run. Nice and flat and set within lovely countryside. The only downside was after all your effort was only a medal. My only problems was I tore my calf at 4km and had to hop for the last 6km, with hundreds of people overtaking me, but the support is good. Will be back next year, fully fit Date of review: June 6, 2008

In short: An excellent race In full: Having made my return to running after a three year absence, I entered this race at late notice. After only 2 weeks full training, ran 48 mins in the heat. Excellent organisation, can't wait to be fully fit next year and really attack the course. An excellent race for beginners and seasoned runners. Date of review: May 11, 2008
