In short: Well worth putting in the calendar for next year
In full: great marshalling - very friendly event. Not a very inspiring course but good pb potential.

In short: Great race, hills challenging enough to feel a sense of achievement when you reach the top.
In full: Hats off to the marshals for their cheeriness during the heavy rain at the beginning of the race. Lovely scenery which is just as we'll as it takes your mind off the hills! Few more toilets would be appreciated as the two ladies ones weren't enough.

In short: Great for Atmosphere, crowd support and the goody bag and medal!
In full: Our thoughts and prayers go to the family of the gentlemen who passed away.

A great race which could be better if there was a smaller field. It can't cope with 16,000 runners. I was in the blue pen and it seemed a high percentage of runners had over estimated their finishing time. More marshalls along the pens perhaps to check people are in the right zone might help as we had a mixture of orange and green bib colours mixed with us. Just makes it really frustrating and lessons the chance of a pb. But that aside - the bands and the dj were just fabulous. The goodbag was great and the weather too.

In short: Great for a first marathon
In full: Thank you to all the organisers - the route was great, started on time and the start and finish in the stadium was just the ticket. I'm speaking on behalf of some of my supporters and the fact there wasn't a map of the route with the pack, the toilets in town were not unlocked. For the runners can there be toilets dotted round the route and possibly some bottles of water rather than cups? Overall a cracking race but the walk back to the car was a killer!

In short: Well done Fleet!
In full: Great course with excellent marshalls who were very vocal with their support, it really does help so thank you! didn't beat my time at Wokingham a few weeks back but then i didn't to contend with blustery conditions. No major gripes except for the mud bath at the begining but even that brought a chuckle! Good value for money plus it started on time.....thank you!!:0)

In short: muddy and mad! Good fun and a fantastic course if you love hills!
In full: no where near as much atmosphere as 2006, where was the DJ etc. Everyone has mentioned this but the car parking situation really spoilt it, the last thing you want to do after a race is sit in a queue for an hour, especially when you have a long journey ahead of you! Also why do people still manage to hold the start up, surely if its chip timing it shouldn't matter? Please sort the parking out for next year and possibly have marshalls and portaloos in the car park?! Overall a fantastic way to spend a sunday, can you make it harder for next year? :0)

In short: Fantastic trail ten miler with breathtaking views and out of the world cakes at the end!
In full: First rate ten miler - organisation was excellent and i've never seen so many marshalls!! There are 2 hills with approx 200m elevation that leaves you gasping for breath but the views you are rewarded with at the top make it worth while! Would be a nice touch if you have to walk the hills to please move over to one side, to give those who want to have a bash at running them bit more of a chance :0) The cakes for sale in the village hall were top rate!

In short: Great race, lovely setting
In full: lovely race, people very friendly and the route was great, though that hill was most definately a lung buster! Could of done with another marshall or better signage when you went into the woods, one chap went the wrong way oops! Great idea with the biscuits and banana. I can envisgage this race being in a lot of people's diary next year!

In short: 3rd year ive run this lovely friendly race - even the rain didn't dampen the atmosphere . No mile markers but you should know how long it takes you to run 5 miles

Lack of prizes for different age ranges this year was disappointing.
