In short: Horrible weather - great race
In full: Ive been running for 3 years and this was the wettest race i have ever done!
But once we got going, the rain wasn't too much of a problem. Beat my previous halfM time by 1 minute. Very well organized race.
I will be back next year for sure !

In short: very enjoyable race, great weather
In full: My first Half Marathon.
very enjoyable race, great weather - glorious sunshine and blue skys. Lovely scenic route through the city and along the seafront.
I do agree with others that the zig-zag at the end was not good, but that is my only critism.
I hope to be back next year to improve my time!

In short: my 2nd hogs back, great race, tough last mile.
In full: my 2nd hogs back, great race, tough last mile.
Going down the big hill is such a great feeling after the slog up it ang can result in a good time. I was all set to do it easily under one hour, but then I slowed loads in the last mile eventully finishing just outside the hour, but knocked 1min off last years time so still quite chuffed.
The driveway for Losely Park seemed to go on forever, not helped by top runners running back at you.
I didn't see any cake ! Only water. I'd happily pay a pound or 2 more for an energy drink and bar. I will be back next year .

In short: A Challenging off road race.
In full: This is not an easy race, due to the undulating nature of the course, My final time was 3 minutes slower than my P.B.
Mostly Good organisation - would benefit from a proper results service & better signposting to the event.

I will return next year, for me this race is very local (only 3 miles from my house) and the setting is great.
It is a good event for me to go to with my Family - Plenty of room for the kids to run around e.t.c

In short: where was the kiddies 1K walk ?
In full: I didnt take part in the race, but my fife took the kids - They got there and there was no kiddies 1K walk, so my kids were very disappointed.

In short: Well organised race, nice touches like sponges at 7K
In full: A great race, I acheived a new PB so I am very happy.
Very good organisation, traffic stopped on the busier roads,
2 water stations & then sponges at 7k.
Looking forward to race 2 in August !

In short: Well organised race, very flat so good PB potential - too hot this year though !
In full: A well organised race, completely flat, lots of space for spectators (My Kids loved it)

I managed a good PB , so I am happy, but I did over do it a little, despite drinking loads of water after the race for 5 mins I felt faint and sick - maybe low blood sugar or just the intense heat.

I will be back next year to try and beat my new PB, but I will take it a bit easier if it is hot :-)

In short: My first Breakfast run (8.2 miles), nice flat course, Well Organized
In full: Plenty of drink stations and Lucozade sport pouch at 5 miles was a simply superb, For me a cup is more useful than a medal + liked all the other Lucozade freebies, A timing clock at the end would be good, but that is a minor issue. Will be back next year !
