In short: Lovely run on quiet country lanes
In full: Excellent course, starting on the sea front, with views of the needles. Largely flat, on quiet country lanes. Definite PB potential. Last mile is along a busy road, but there is pavement all the way to the finish. Excellent value at £7 to enter on the day.

In short: Wet and windy
In full: Nice flat course, with real PB potential without the wind and horizontal rain! I can only remember two miles with the wind behind - can't be right on a 10 mile course!? Marshalls were excellent despite the horrendous conditions.

In short: Utter madness!!
In full: Forget any idea of PB's! This race is about surviving the crazy 1Km first hill, then keeping going for the next 8Km of "undulations", before flying down the last Km at speeds you did not think your legs were capable of.
Excellent organisation! Beautiful scenery! Super goodie bag! Great event! Well done Sidmouth!

In short: Great PB potential, if you can drag yourself out of bed that early!
In full: Not the most exciting course, but well organised and a great opportunity to get a PB.
A couple of minor things to improve: would be good to get the results out a bit sooner; the medal was also a little uninspiring - perhaps look at an alternative momento?

In short: Fast & flat
In full: Bit of a contrived course, but not a hill in sight so PB potential. Start and finish on track always good, particularly with motivation from the commentator. Km markers did not seem accurate.........oherwise my pace was varying by 40 secs a Km! Well organised race.

In short: Great way to spend a Wednesday evening!
In full: Despite the shorter course, the organisers still managed to include the two steep inclines...twice! Entirely offroad on gravel and dirt tracks around the forest.

This is always a very enjoyable run.

Excellent organisation as ever! Thank you Finchcoasters!

In short: Great run on quiet country lanes
In full: A tough first mile, but then a great opportunity to pick up pace on the middle three miles.

In short: Fast flat course.......just a shame it was 65m short!!
In full: Great conditions! Great organisation!! Great stadium finish! Great to get a PB........until I saw the results in Athleticsdata. How frustrating! Has the course changed? has it always been short?
