In short: No PB's here, little bit busy on the trails, but well worth the drive out In full: Felt a bit queezy before the start, but started to feel better on the way round. I have done a great 10k at Wakefield before, but hadn't had a good race in ages, this more than made up for it, got a great time, given the terrain. I haven't run at all this week though as I hurt the arch of my foot. Never mind!!! Date of review: September 7, 2007

In short: Wow!, first race ever for me, and I absolutely loved it. In full: Got a bad stitch at the end of mile 5 on the steep descent, ran it off by the uphill after the ford. Did acheive my PB as its the only thirteen I've run (1hr 48mins and 29 seconds). I exceeded my expectations by a good 12 minutes and I can only put it down to the fantastic support of the marshalls on the way round, as well as all the hard training. The 13th mile was dreadful and still all uphill! I was sore for 3 days, but would most definately do it again. I'll beat you next year Ray!! Date of review: February 18, 2007
