In short: Superb well organised race
In full: A fantastic race. Hilly but enough downs to counter the ups, even the massive one at mile at 7!
Organisation was brilliant, I have never seen so many marshalls, thanks to all of them for giving up their Sunday morning. The car parks ran like clockwork and no delays getting in or out. I could have done with a bank of porta loos somewhere on the course but understand this is probably a nightmare to organise. The loos at start were plentiful and the queue moved fast.
Technical T-shirt is great and makes the race much better value.
The icing on the cake though has to be Kelly Holmes giving out the medals, really made me feel fab!

In short: Fab 2K fun run.
In full: Did 2K with my 7 year old daughter. We really enjoyed the day and had a lovely run. Junior t-shirts ran out before we finished which was a great shame and my daughter took that hard! Dr Rob has however emailed to say he will order her one, hooray. It's not about the goodie bag... unless you are 7!
My daughter and I love this run together and will be back next year.

In short: A brilliant first marathon.
In full: Brighton was great and came out in their droves to support us. Think the weather helped though.

The course was great and although the switchbacks were hard it meant that supporters could see you twice without too much walking (great when there are 8 children under 7 in said support).

On the downside, the water station at 21 miles had run out when I got there which was REALLY bad news given the temperature and being at the peak of the 'road to hell' (which it was). I also agree that the route needed to be better marked on Hove seafront.

All in all though a brilliantly organised race and a really positive experience.

In short: A great flat run but too busy, in back of masses, for PB.
