In short: love it love it !!!
In full: this honestly is the best race i've ever done!!! for months i've been on/off training, suffering from bloody shin splints, stopping and starting. so i was very nervous 2 weeks coming up to the event!! and not even running over 13 miles.(whilst still having lots of shin pains). anyway, there i was doped up on loads of pain-killers at the start in red pen 3 shaking like a leaf!! from the moment i set off it was truely amazing, ok so my legs killed all the way, my ankles felt like they'd been cut off and i was running on open wounds!! the pain and the amazing crowds actually got me through!!. the event is so well organised, almost flawless in my eyes, i just didn't like having to go to collect my running number!! nevermind, i suppose it was a trip out!! a truely amazing day, one i will never forget . . . now i'm off to the doctors to see what he can do with my broken bones. thx to every one involved.

In short: good all rounder!!
In full: I fpund that the reace was well organised on the whole. Quite a good race for a first timer at 10k.Also the are loads of very good runners!! Like a fool, i ran out too quick stupidly thinking that i could keep up, i soon regreted that and was gasping for air for the next too miles. I served me right thinking i could keep up with the pros!! Good mix of people and friendly atmosphere.
The only negative for me was that i didn't love the route, and i didn't get a pb.It was a great little boost vefore i do the London Marathon though!! see you next year.

In short: good all rounder!! i really enjoyed the hill work, it pushed me further
In full: A snack bar would have been nice at the end, of a bottle of water, not in a cup!!!
The only major grumble was thati hated the car park, trying to spin out of boggy mud just before a race isn't my idea of fun!!. luckily though some kind fella's pushed us along!!

In short: good overall race!!!
In full: i thought that the start of the race was a bit crammed together, it took a bit of time to get past everyone, not too good if your wanting a pb, at the start!!.
it was a nice easy run, with everyone running at a fairly fast pace.

overall no complaints, an energy bar at the end would have been good though.

i still got a a pb though!!
