In short: Flat, quick well organised race
In full: Good, well organised race. Flat along the paths across the marshes and next to the Lea. Th eonly thing that will slow you down are the gates on to the tow path. Good value as well with a muffin and a t shirt

In short: Excellent race
In full: A great race that was well organised. Plenty of marshalls to guide you round and gels and jelly babys at the water stations. Also get a medal, tech t-shirt and more importantly cake at the end. The bread pudding comes highly recommended.

In full: A great race with plenty of mud. Finished covered in mud and a big grin on my face.

In full: Great Race, fantatsic atmosphere, glorious scenery and the fastest finish I have ever done. Just slowed down a bit by all the previous hills.
