In short: it was ok!
In full: No start line as such, so not really sure what my exact time should be,I made it at least a minute or more faster, but I did it under 2 hrs so I will take whatever time they give me.
Definately the hardest course I have run so far,apart from the terminator 10. The people who supported us were the stars, those extra water stations made the difference.

In full: The mile markers were excellent, marshalls were excellent and the hills were easy to.

In full: My third 10k and this was well organised and a really worthwile run. Would have been better had I got a pb.
