In short: Tough undulating 20 miler, but great preparation for a spring marathon
In full: Organisation good and marshals very good, route map directions poor and I can see why they don't put a rating on how tough. It's clearly a 7 to 8 out of 10 for tough. A very good hard trainning run if you are doing a spring marathon but if it is strong winds and wet I guess it would be really hard. I would do this race again.

In short: Good conditions made for good times with good hassle free organisation
In full: Good organisation (almost invisable they were that good) PB course and one I would look to do again as will also my 3 team mates. Great value (not stupidily high prices that are becoming the norm!) with good quality long sleeve t-shirt completed with good refreshments to finish. WELL DONE TO ALL WHO HELPED

In short: Usual great event, hard course but very friendly.
In full: Great event, only need to reduce bottle necks in first couple of miles and then it would be 100% instead of 98%. Very well organised and very friendly and encouraging marshals and plenty of them. Well done Darrick Wood School and Orpingtong Road Runners.

In short: Excellent Marshals, spot on mile markers, very good race
In full: 1st time of doing this race, been wanting to try it for 15+ years. Finally made it and a very good event. Marshals very helpful at start and around the course, plenty of drinks stations and spot on mile markers. I would reccomend the event to any standard of runner and I will be back next year. No more wating 15+ years!!!

In short: Great friendly race for everyone (but don't tell anyone as it will be to popular next year!)
In full: One you have to do to show that running is fun and good for you with no pressure to expect to run a PB with great views, great organisation and very friendly marshalls

In short: Hard race but with fantanstic crowd support on a lovely spring day, will be back again next year
In full: Having to run slower this year was able to appreciate the wonderful crowds that seemed even more this year with hardly any quite spots. Great for the back markers.
